Pastor Rita Hardy is the founder and Senior Pastor of Restoration City Church Atlanta (RCC-Atlanta), a non-denominational teaching and outreach ministry dedicated to rebuilding the cities, restoring the people, and resuscitating the church, through the ministry of Jesus Christ. Her assignment is to teach the integrity of the Word of God with understanding, to develop real Christians who are strong in faith and character, skilful in the Word, and who walk in the undeniable power and presence of God.

Pastor Hardy graduated in 1994 from World Changers Ministries School of Ministry, under the direct tutelage of Dr. Creflo A. Dollar, Jr., with concentrations in counselling and ministerial education. She was ordained in 1995 by Bishop Dreyfus C. Smith of Wings of Faith Worldwide Ministries and has served as Sr. Pastor and founder of Dove’s Point Ministries (established in 2003). In 2022, through a collaborative initiative with Apostle Delroy Smith and Restoration City Church (Croydon, UK), the ministry name was changed to Restoration City Church Atlanta in response to the greater call.
Pastor Hardy is an anointed teacher, minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, author, chaplain, mentor, and spiritual leadership development coach. She received an honorary doctorate in 2021 and is a 2018 recipient of the Global International Alliance Ambassador of Humanitarianism Award, granted for philanthropic initiatives, demonstrated excellence in servanthood, and devotion to promoting human welfare. She has served as a collegiate campus minister and counsellor for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, assisted pastors with the establishment of women’s ministries throughout the south-eastern United States, and is passionate about ensuring the understanding of the Word of God to generations present and those to come.

Anointed with prayers that reach the heart of God, Pastor Hardy ministers at Restoration City Church Atlanta weekly services, conferences, various outreach initiatives, and continues to host the annual Emotional Recovery Service (ERS) focusing on breakthrough strategies for those who have been emotionally plundered and abused. She has ministered at conferences spanning two continents, hosted radio broadcasts in the Atlanta and Nashville markets, in addition to appearances on TBN, Atlanta Live and several U.S. cable outlets.
As a consummate professional, she is a Lean Six Sigma green belt and executive administrator, who has worked on project teams charged with financial transformations and cultural assessments of multi-billion-dollar corporations and served in various industry verticals; including higher education, technology, and healthcare. She also lends creative design and editorial reviews to several U.S. publishing companies.
